Hello and welcome to Journey of Faith Christian Church!
Thank you for stopping by our website. We’ll try our best to make you feel at home. We want you to know that regardless of your starting point, whether you decide it’s here or another church, we encourage you to continue to seek God.
Who We Are
We’re a peace-and-justice-oriented, LGBTQ-affirming, progressive faith community, in search of imperfect people to worship and serve together with other imperfect people — a most Holy God!
We Welcome All People
Bring your culture, your voice, your whole self. We want to engage in truly mutual relationship.
Where We Meet:
1900 Manchester Rd. in Ann Arbor, MI 48104. Check out Google Map for directions.
Sunday Worship at 10:30
God calls us to pursue him just as we are. You can check out our services without intrusion and begin your faith journey at your own pace — no pressure, just encouragement. During the worship service, you’ll hear live music that rocks and brings you closer to God.
Children’s Ministries on Sunday at 10:30
Every Sunday, you can expect a great kids and youth program (birth through High School). We believe kids learn best when they have fun!
Meet Our Team
Our team is led by Pastor Alex McCauslin. She loves the Michigan State Spartans. When you meet her, try to curb your enthusiasm for the Wolverines. We didn’t tell Pastor Alex that the heart of this place is “Maize and Blue!”
Our team is a “do something” kind of team. Staff and volunteers are committed to serving the needs of our community, church members and friends. You will be loved, cared for and valued by our team. More information about team members can be found here.
Early Christians emphasized community; growing in God’s word; and sharing life together. Eating a meal together is one of the best ways to “be in community.” Besides, we’ve got great cooks who make it hard to resist the healthy snacks after the worship service.
One Last Thing
Church is God’s idea and created to make a difference in the world. We’d love for you to be a part of what God is doing at Journey of Faith!
“Holy God, may we learn again who we are and what,
under You, we can do for others as your church. Amen.”
